Allavasoft Downloader works well and is a worthwhile tool to have. Not always successful on sites with unusual content protection, but works often enough.
One of my 3 “Go To” apps for this category, does not offer the widest array of control options in Settings, but it is generally reliable and may be the easiest of the three to use. Liked it enough that I purchased a license for it. (The other two are TubeDigger — the most versatile — and VideoGet. Both are also recommended. No single app will cover it ALL !) Cast aside several other inferior or problematic programs, in finally settling on this trio.

What “form” did you mean ? Did you try “HELP” –> “Register”, inside the program ?
