ChrisGuestWhy is it that the hub does not save the installer to my downloads folder when checked? It opens the folder after it installs, but no installer file there.
JoeGuestWon’t install on XP, says it doesn’t support it, although both sites (this one and official) say it does.
AlomWareGuestHi guys, it’s Paul from AlomWare here. Not sure what the problem is with the download, as this is our first experience with SharewareOnSale. The app does run under XP so maybe the download here is set up wrong. I’ll look into it with the admin and see what can be done. Cheers.
JoeGuest[@AlomWare] Same thing happened with the regular installer downloaded from softpedia.
Message: This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running. After extracting files from setup (with innounp) and running Actions.exe, I got this message:
“The procedure entry point Wow64EnableWow64FsRedirection could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.”AshrafKeymaster[@AlomWare] There is nothing wrong with the download. We are giving users exactly what you gave us. Now, if there is something wrong with the installer you gave us, that is something for you to figure out as it is your installer.
AshrafKeymaster[@Chris] As this is unrelated to this promo, please send me an email so I can look into this bug.
user777GuestASHRAF,
I can install it in a month?
We need to activate it online?
Or activation does not need to install internet and do not need?AlomWareGuestThere is nothing wrong with the download. We are giving users exactly what you gave us.
Thanks for confirming, Ashraf. I’m looking into it. Sounds like something is incompatible with XP and 64bit systems.
Joe: can you email me at [email protected] so I can discuss your PC configuration? Thanks.
ChrisGuest[ @Ashraf] How can I do this? I can’t find a way to contact you.
AkhilGuest[@Chris] After downloading the file, it actually asks you whether to save the installer. So, you just have to select that checkbox and then select finish and the installer file will be saved.
ChrisGuest[@Akhil] I know this but nothing is saved into the download folder that it opens and I have checked everywhere as well.
AshrafKeymasterChrisGuest[ @Ashraf] I downloaded your hub again and guess what? This time it did save the installer to the download folder that it opened.
Who knows what was wrong, lolThanks for trying to help me out though.

This appears to be an unforeseen issue with Windows XP and 64bit systems. We’re looking into it. Windows 7 should be unaffected, so we’ve changed the minimum requirements to Windows 7 for now to avoid disappointment for XP downloaders.
