When started, the program crashed with an error message:
The instruction at “0x0079dbd0” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. the memory could not be “read”.

After clicking OK, a second error dialog displayed:
The exception unknown software exception (0x000000fd) occurred in the application at location 0x00a92d41.

If the program has a problem doing anything, it should not crash, it should provide an error message to inform the user what to do to correct the issue.

Software manufacturer will not provide support until I show some proof of purchase.

Three years ago, I have an external hard disk, the capacity of one terabyte, Western Digital, contain a large amount of books and documents and images.
Hard was plugged into the computer. Through the USB slot, and I was running the maintenance program Advanced SystemCare PRO deep examination.
System collapsed during maintenance, were recovered automatically, and the dialog box that says:
The system has recovered after nearing collapse.
 I tried to open the hard disk is closed and his grandmother, and a dialog box that says:
Contents are corrupted, you must initialize!
Keep this hard as it is. Until now .

the question :
Is there a way to fix the hard disk, and bring it back to normal?
Does the program can recover the entire content after initialization?
