thanksen, same here, installation is ok, but got error message of could not load the image
The program is very good, effective and very easy to use. I just removed the background from my first photo and saved it as a png without any problems. I have a Windows 11 PC.
After download and install the program, I was asked to key in the license key. How can I get the key?
The program installed and registered and ran. It has some nice features once you separate the foreground (what you want to keep or highlight) from the background.
The separation process is the problem. You need to be pixel-perfect when marking what to remove from the foreground. I don’t see any help from AI in this process, and it’s no different than creating a mask, or using the delete tool, in every paint program I’ve used since the 90’s. The process is also very slow, taking a while to catch up with the mouse cursor even with a fairly small selection circle. I have a Core i9-13900 processor, 32GB of memory, with CPU at 7% and Memory at 53% used before running the program. It should not be slow.
The program also seems to pre-select odd background areas before I try to mark up anything. My guess is the AI is looking for faces and people. If that’s all you want, go for it, but on other images it simply doesn’t work.
Note that I already had an Ashampoo account so registration was simple and fast. They also track all my registered products, and I get less spam from them than many other companies.
