I don´t see Ashampoo Backup 2023 on the official website. I have Ashampoo Backup Pro 16 installed and don´t know if this is a upgrade or not it´s very unclear? So for now I let this giveaway for what it is till I have a answer.

Beh, ci sono diversi modi per ripagare gli sviluppatori che offrono il loro software:
1) Acquistarne la licenza (o acquistare quella della versione pro: ashampoo backup pro 17).
2) Parlare (o scrivere) bene del software quando ne capita l’occasione.
3) Segnalare eventuali errori nel software allo sviluppatore.
4) Proporre miglioramenti del software allo sviluppatore.My Ashampoo Backup 2023 lifetime giveaway has been set up, but it would not launch. it says “backup Client-ab.exe has stopped” Due to error…..
Please help me! If possible immediately, not nice to ask for this I know.
I have well functioning Macrium Reflect on my C drive. Can that be a reason??? But I do not delete it until Ashampoo proves it works well.
What must I do?, I asked for help already yesterday.
I want to change for Ashamoo Backup from Macrium in the long run.
