I thought the 2023 version was very good. Fast, easy to operate, gave me helpful information when tracking down what’s eating up my hard drive space. Looking forward to trying out the 2024 version, tho’ I can’t think of what they might have done to improve it. If I get a chance to work with it and find issues, I’ll update this review. For now, I say to Go for It!
[@Mr.Dave] Quick follow-up: program installed fine, registration was quick & easy (I already have an Ashampoo account, it didn’t even ask me for a password). Program looks the same to me, very nice of them to not mess with UI or add useless features just to make a “2024” version. Description said the changes were for optimizing and stability.
Also: the 2023 version uninstalled without leaving any traces behind, which says a lot about the developers’ effort and care to make a good program.
