Agree with other reviews. Hung up, wouldn’t install and had to use task manager to shut it down. Save your time.
Installer doesn’t work.

First, it installs “ashampoo connect”. Why is this needed ?Second, there are no options to define a precise search : by size, date, name…
“Wise Duplicate Finder Pro” (another giveaway) is way more better.
This new Ashampoo Connect is NOT working for me.
It is NOT installing this giweaway. Just installs the Connect, but not the software

I have the same issue. On one pc I could install it. On another pc when I click install it appears a grey bar and then nothing else happens.

The same here. Whe you clcik “get”, a window opens but “get” and “install” are unresponsive. Nothing happens. Too bad Ashampoo…
