AshampooLauncher.exe dont’start. What is a problem?
First of all, if the software is installed this way, I am not able to choose witch drive I prefer it installed on. Second, after closing my account and opening it again, I do not see that this software is installed. Third, I did not get a possibility to request a license code.
1. This is supposedly v.1.6.5; Ashampoo website lists v.1.0.1 as most recent
2. Running the install results in “Ashampoo Connect is being updated,” which never goes away; apparently this software (Ashampoo Connect)has been deprecated and replaced by Ashampoo App.AshampooLauncher.exe dont’start. i got a blank window.
i asked Ashampoo service – they do not answer!
i had the previouse version, but after i tried to install the new one, i can`t operate the old one!
Not only the new software did not work, the old one either they took.
what shameI click on the exe to install. The Ashampoo App came up and it was found in my collection. A popup with the app Duplicate File Finder came up with the lic # and grayed out install with dropdown to shop and grayed out archive. No matter what I click, I am not able to install the product.
