saxonGuestdownload not work – tried 3 times , each time does 1.6gb then a failed notice.
saxonGuestfinally downloaded , BUT will not open ! needs to be looked at as is too problematic.

Installation “Directions” says: “Once you have an Ashampoo account, download and install Ashampoo Home Design 8. After installation, you will be directed to a product registration dialog and prompted to supply your email address to obtain a valid license key.”
However, the license is requested for as soon as I launch the installation!!!
Can you please crosscheck?ChukwumaGuest[@Chukwuma] Okay, I clicked on the “Get Activation Code” button during installation. This seems to work. Consider updating your installation directions. Thanks once again.
GaryGuestDuring the install of the SoS downloaded edition, an error was reported for frau05.cyg being corrupt.
I logged into Ashampoo and downloaded Home Design 8 from their site. The exe file is different in size. It installed completely, and the software started to open (showed the logo), then prompted to “Extend trial, Buy, Activate, Continue evaluation). I chose Activate. A new dialog showed the enter e-mail address then next enter Ashampoo password. The result was “No license key found.” The choices were Go to Ashampoo account, Activate with license key, Contact Ashampoo support. I chose to activate with the license key displayed to me on the Ashampoo page. The result was “License key already used” (Error 157)
I chose to contact support. I entered name, e-mail address, and allowed the logs to be sent. When I clicked Submit, I received a Windows dialog stating:
Your message could not be sent.
Maybe an active Firewall or no Internet connection?
Error: failed.I am not aware of any errors of Internet access or of any setting in the firewall that has been set. I guess I have to pass on this.
