I tried the giveaway version. My computer seems to download it. But when I try to install the download nothing happens.
As with others (re:Music Studio 2027): Clicking the install folder (even with ‘Run as administrator) gets me an oblong white box with ‘Ashampoo app’ top left. Nothing else happens (I’ve waited up to ten minutes) and although ‘AshampooLauncher. shows in my task manager, it shows less than 1% activity.
What do I do to actually get this thing to install and/or operate??Any ashampoo giveaway that only offers you a megabyte or so installer is of the new unpopular, unreliable ad/bloatware Ashampoo App adware environment that dives you very little control over the installation process and wastes hundreds of megabytes of your system drive on their spam so called “app”. My advice vote with your feedback and vocal refusal to install programs based on this intrusive rights management and adware environment.
So many Ashampoo free stuff on the last weeks…
Are they trying to palm their lousy app off ?
The Ashampoo app I downloaded does not accept ANY email address, never lights up the button to go to the next page and insert the password. It is just dead, which makes this deal DEAD. I also tried it as Administrator – same problem.
Just to ensure I’m not doing something wrong, I was able to log into the Ashampoo site with my normal email and password.
I wasted half an hour screwing around with this. I know the (somewhat crippled) software is free, but this is not nice.

Is anybody going to provide a fix of Music Studio 2027 that allows it to be installed on your computer? As it is now the software will not install. You click install and immediately get an error message that the app has failed.
I installed the file that downloaded here. I already had the Ashampoo App and I suppose this replaced it. When it shows the Music Studio 2027 and the GET button, clicking GET does nothing.
