Whenever I try to register your programs from sharewareonsale I get the following problem. The program asks me for my email and Ashampoo password. When I fill these in I get the message that I need to purchase the product. So I never get the opportunity to enter the Activation code. Can you help?

Really, guys, version 18? They are at version 25 now…
Impossible to navigate the b.s. instructions. Did so and never got anywhere, even getting to the page that said
enter the passcode and it said it was the wrong passcode. this after navigating the pages to get there four times. Ridiculous. Again, how do you trust a company that screws up this much.I have WinOptimizer 2022 installed.
Why do they offer 2 versions of what sounds like the same program?[@milan] There is a place in the program to manually insert the license key. The activation dialogue box has the option “Enter key manually.” That should work for you.
[@George McGrath] The version number jumps from 19 to 25. So you are two versions behind the current one. I have version 25. There’s not much difference between the two versions.
[@Robert Fare] I would get Ashampoo WinOptimizer 18 and get rid of Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2022. Version 2022 lacks features found in version 18. For example, there is no registry cleaning or defragging component in the 2022 version whereas version 18 have these components.
