Hi, I’m interested in this software.
However; with this quoted response. I am curious as to what exactly your “exclusive” installer does exactly?
Well, as much as I appreciate the ‘free’ aspect, so far it has taken three tries (of more than 20 minutes each) followed by three ‘failure’ notices and three resets of Windows Explorer (which mysteriously stopped working 3 times as well which resulted in the ‘Close’ notice popping up and reboots being necessary) and I STILL can’t install the damn thing.
Thoughts?Great way to steal music that doesn’t belong to you!!

this software fails to install. keeps saying to try again later. tried numerous times.

The program tries to install .NET version 4.5, even if you already have a later version installed. If the setup has any problems with that part, it will retry 2 more times (3 attempts in total). If the third attempt fails, the program reports an error. The error dialog suggests trying later, and states that if the problem persists, please contact (and then ends abruptly). The user has no idea what text was supposed to be after the words “please contact”
If the user attempts to use the Audial’s Support contact, the website states that the user has to sign in to see the page. If the user does not have an account, they have a form to sign-up. After entering the data, filling out the Captcha field, and then clicking on Register Now, the form responds with an error: Unknown API error.
So in short, if the program does not install, you cannot even let them know any details because their website has its own issues.
The big drawback is that .NET version 4.5 is required .
NET version 4.5, rarely installed in the online-mode.This program at first installed “MS .NET Framework 4.7.2 (x64), then it continues with installing own program. But – after installation ended – it says: “Audials detected a problem and had to be …” (I think – “ended”).
When I try to start it (program looks as fully installed) – it ended with the same message …I think that (someone) from “Sharewareonsale” should contact “Audials” to clarify what to do with it (!!!).
