Ashraf, my question is what happens with any of these free offerings if my PC has to be reimaged?

So I bought the TV/Music version last year and have not been able to use it once. I don’t know where to get the 3rd party tv add ons. It tells me to go to the Audials forum (which I do) and download a specific file which doesn’t seem to exist anywhere. I have wasted hours in that forum trying to find something that would work or find someone who would answer my question.
I asked 3x last year for help and have yet to receive a response. It’s frustrating because I was really looking forward to using this.
