I got the Aurora key. How much time do I have to activate it?
Not working for me, says the email and serial you provided does not match, you have 5 attempts.
registration problem says the email and serial you provided does not match, you have 5 attempts.
Like all the Skylum products, this takes an incredibly long time to install. My internet connection is active continuously during installation and installation stops and complains if the internet connection is disabled. I wondered what exactly is Skylum doing on the internet when I have already downloaded the full installation package? But it looks like it’s downloading and installing some new Microsoft C++ runtime support libraries.
The (finally) provided key does not work in correlation with my e-mail address.
I received the license key, but it also requires an email address. I entered my email, and received a message that it does not match. Is there another email address we should use?

camntxI just installed a trial version. I did a quick check on a random picture, I had. The software seems to be very capable of making a not so great picture into something better.

Hi. This issue may happen due to the high demand for the product. The pool with keys is not endless and sometimes distributing systems run out of keys very fast. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and we do our best to rectify this problem as soon as possible.

MacOS: https://downloads.skylum.com/aurorahdr2018/mac/1.2.0/Aurora_HDR_2018.dmg@Everyone who did not receive a key: That was my fault, I apologize. We had a temporary issue with our server yesterday which we fixed fairly quickly. If you checked out with us and DID NOT get a key, then checkout again please. You will get one this time.
@Everyone who got a key but cannot register: This is Skylum’s fault. I do not know why you are getting errors while registering. All these keys are valid and should work with your email address. Please email Skylum’s support for help: https://skylum.com/support

I did not have a key in e-mail.
In case of second attempt to receive new e-mail with key ShareOnSale inform me:
“UH-OH, LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN THIS GIVEAWAY! PLEASE LEAVE SOME LICENSE KEYS FOR OTHER PEOPLE.”
What is the way to receive the actual key?Thanks in advance.

when attempting to register the software having pasted my e-mail and the license key I see a message window “The Internet connection required”, though I have an Internet connection.
Could you help me?When I try to activate the software, it says that email address and serial number do not match.
But I have just used the data that was provided when I claimed the software from here. :-/
Any hint about it?
