Hi, the instructions for registering this program don’t work, There is no facility named MENU
Kenonce you open the program click onto the 3 dash’s on the right hand top corner to reg.
you have to be online, enter your email, the other boxes are optinal, after that another box arrives to paste in the reg number.
I’m not too happy as you have to be online everytime you want to use this.
Also one has to upscale the pic as there is not an option to just denoise on its own.BAD app

[@Mrs Higgins] you can denoise on it’s own by selecting Custom upscale to 1.0 and proceeding with denoise enabled, Hope that helps.
TKImage enlargement / enhancement works fine , don’t like the fact that you cannot see the enlargement quality before actually doing it. All other software’s of it’s kind let you see this.
I agree this is a massive fail as one cannot gain authority to perform any action without first being online and their user account servers being accessible. Implication cannot use it when the internet is not available, cannot use it if their servers get hacked.. cannot use it if their servers security certificate expires for any reason… cannot use it if the company changes their servers to a different domain or different layout so sign ins no longer work… The program should maintain offline authorization once a user has signed in with their VIP account so the license can be “enjoyed” without an internet connection. Once the initial sign in failed because the computer was offline or in flight mode it wipes the login credentials so one has to re-enter the correct email and password if set each time! Another FAIL. And this is a nice comment LOL… Another problem trying to enlarge a small 1024×1024 pixel PNG x16 no denoise and it fails and runs out of memory! Maybe because the program is a 32bit application trying to do AI… most modern AI utilising programs are 64bit ONLY due to the large memory requirements of AI processing. I was only able to do x4 upscale at that dimension, the reason this fails is it is RAM-Bound it does not write temporary files but keeps the data in RAM so runs out of allocate-able RAM in a 32-bit memory model. Needs to be rebuilt as a 64bit application AND needs to keep license authorisation offline so the program can work in flight-mode.
[@TK] Another fail the check for update option returns a “Cannot find the update information!” alert box so they have not even setup the server for this applications update check And the About menu does not report the remaining time on the license or the fact it is an expiring license at all! So you’ll forget the exact expiry time IF you ever knew it which we have not been informed beyond the vague statement that this is a 1 year license which might mean it expires this day in a years time or the day after this day in a years time… I am uninstalling this until such a time as they fix the design flaws in this alpha test version and produce a stable release version that can be used offline and can make use of all RAM and virtual memory on modern systems and stop trying to squeeze AI into a 2GByte user address space and force online use!
This software seems to have a blizzard of issues . . . not likely to get resolved before the 1 yr. trial (very unusual for SOS) expires.
