I have attempted three times to insert the correct link to the publisher’s website but none of my attempts have posted here.

you make a mistake, this software is excellent, it only reduces the weight of the photos but the result is incomparable.
To enlarge, test these two sites which also give very good results in the enlargement of the photos:
