I’m wondering why I continue to find significant voting in the negative for a product such as Blur Multiple Images and yet no one comments? For myself that provides no confidence in the voting result, especially when so radically overweighing the opposite option such as over 70% negative response. Wow. We’ve become so brief as a culture that we can’t even adequately express ourselves apparently.
Congratulations folks, you are the better argument for Educational reformation in Western Countries than those who graduate high school functionally illiterate.

[@gregory anderson] Most do so because they’re not interested in the software which is wrong.. If no interest just pass it over, but they don’t so there’s that. Others may have had prior problems or simply did not like it so they deleted it and then returned to place a thumbs down thinking it would be sufficient in their mind which again is wrong, so yeah you have a legitimate argument with those who choose to give a negative vote without a legitimate opinion for their decision. On that I rarely pay attention and instead read the actual reviews and where there are none I decide to either take the chance else just pass it by and wait for the next offer as I don’t like to give negative votes to gift horses as some if not many actually appreciate the offers and why should I be the one to influence their first impulse…

… Make certain the installation is “run as administrator” else the program will not work once installed…
