During install program does not start as instruction states. Instead I get “Register full version” window:
Step 1 “Register now” link takes me to the Registration page with a License key already filled in, “5XTHG-W1BAM-EUMI2-ONSALE”
I do have a preexisting Customer ID of 2203200080, but “Download Fails.”
Will not allow registration.
ERROR:
License key already used or invalid!
How can we fix this? Its happened to me before from this company.

SAME PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED ABOVE: REGISTRATION FAILS WITH PREFILLED “5XTHG…” KEY AND MY EXISTING ID !!!

This helps no-one right NOW apart from MAYBE the developer/Shareware people but not us trying to download and install ?!?!?
