Ok lets start with the fact that it is only free until the 29 7 2021. if you want a longer time you have to pay £9.90 to extent to 2023. this item is advertised as free and I normally expect that means for life like VLC etc software.
the fact that it is free for a time period should be stated in the description.The software only has 6 divisions for cleaning and really offer nothing more than can be got from other Fully free software like ccleaner. of even the free version of advanced systemcare software.
It is fast and it does work but I do not know weather I would choose to use over other software that I already use to clean my system.

But I am more disappointed with being told its free when it is notI think the misconception curveball, Ascomp threw, is because of this
“You get free updates for the same major version for six months
You get free tech support for six months.”
Seems the actual product is free however after 6 mths, it won’t get an update and you lose tech support. It’s better off sticking with CCleaner, Advanced Systemcare or even Glary Utilities free versions, and manually updating them.Couldn’t get the software to register. It didn’t send me an email with reg #, so used the one it gave me in the REGISTER NOW window, but that failed and now the software says that code has already been used and won’t accept it. Frustration reigns in the kingdom.
I dislike the registration process. Too overly complicated. Why not just post the required information?
Registration process way too complicated. Got two different ID’s and one with no password!
When I tried to use the one email that gave me an ID and password I got a message: “ID or password incorrect”
Wow….you can trust a product that doesn’t even let you register to try it!!!!Impossible registration because License key already used or invalid!
How have an other key ?
Merciwould like clearer info on how long lic is good for. went to info not able to tell. had all checked to clean but seems like had to view each one then hit clean. so slower. memory optimize is real slow to do. have 8 gb. but will try to use this. thanks for shareware.
The developers of this program are Germans and they always act neatly and quickly!
I have been using this program on the “EMTEC” stick since last year,
as a license that I had before 02/01/2021.
Last week, ASCOMP immediately launched a new promotion and extended the release date
professional version 4.0.0.0!
Signing up for the program is not at all difficult if you have an account on their website.

02/01/2021Can’t get the software to register.
“Click the confirmation link in that email and then check your email inbox once again. A second email should arrive containing your Customer ID and Password”
The link in the email take you to an add for there other softwares and I never got a second email containing your Customer ID and Password. Registration process way too complicated even they can’t get it right. This is their “ask for help” page and there no help here.I was totally unimpressed with this software. I ran several of the modules and then followed up by immediately running CCleaner free verson. CCleaner not only found additional items to be removed, but also found items Cleaning Suite Professional supposedly removed. If Cleaning Suite Professional actually removed the files, how did CCleaner find them? I then did some of my usual surfing and computer processing for an hour or so. Next I ran CCleaner, and then I ran Cleaning Suite Professional. Cleaning Suite Professional was unable to find the files CCleaner removed. This was a no brainer for me. Cleaning Suite Professional was just taking up hard drive space, so I uninstalled it.
