IF Users encountered problems in downloading coolnew PDF
just contact [email protected] or go to Google and search for coolnewPDF, go to their official website and click on free download, then install, create coolnewPDF account with your email, then click on exchange and enter the activation code to activate your accountI register the software and I read that it will expire on 2022-07-16 (in 6 months). Why?
During installation, the program tried several times to become default PDF program
First of all I applaud the OP who found out the license was only 6 months old. I couldn’t find any place to input the license code. And most programs have an About button not this one. And on the main page it says to Input Code when I do put the license code it says error. No way to tell if it’s licensed. Too bad as the program looks pretty good.
I tried different ways to register the program so far no success. The “redeem code” does not work. It all seems a little fishy.
At last I managed to register at the “members center”. At first I registered an account (my email address) and then I used the serial from Shareware on Sale. This gave me six months free use of the program.
On Win7 it registered fine with no problems.
When I went into File, Settings, I unchecked to make it the default PDF program, but it doesn’t keep the setting, because when I close the program & reopen it & go to settings, it is again set as the default PDF program.
Uninstalled.Also when I looked up who owns this company, it is “Alibaba Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd.” (Chinese)
In the Description it says “Free lifetime upgrades are included！！！”
But in the Terms and Conditions it says “6 month licence.”
Huh?What good is LIFETIME UPGRADES! when the license is only for 6 months. Registration requires you to add an account (become a member) first, then the Shareware On Sale license key will work. Some pulldown menu items in Asian text (like in the registration entry pulldown).
I tried a simple test: to add some additional text to the PDF page. FAIL! Text comes in white, so on a white background you cannot see the text, and I couldn’t find any way to change the text color. It also seems fairly limited on what you can do with the text you entered. To me, this is useless.
Since this is only a six month license, and the software doesn’t really work for me, I’ll be uninstalling it.
Options presented to me when entering “redeem code” are all chinese !!
Also ,can’t redeem code unless you’re logged-in with an email account.

only 6 months licence so uninstalled please state will only be 6/12 licence!!
I registered with the code given but it is only a 6 month license. not the “Free lifetime upgrades are included！！！” as advertised
