Can you please help why it says internet connection error but I can browse all other webpages? I am pretty sure my internet connection is very good. I tried to turn off my wifi and try again still same error, turn on my wifi also same error. I am using window 10[@hngee] Show me a screenshot. Also, think a little about how much you are paying (i.e., $0) before complaining about lack of support.
