The registration code does not work. I tried the one provided here on the website, and the one provided in the email. Both times I got the message the number is incorrect.

When I try to register the program, it gives a network error and when I try to do an offline activation, the webpage never comes up.I finally got the license to work, but then it comes up with a screen the license code & hardware code, but then it wants an activation code, which is supposed to be provided with the offline activation page, which won’t load (problem loading page – connection timed out).
So this software is useless & it uninstalled my previous version.Registration error using the given SoS code given.
Bummer as I had a previous version I had to uninstall first, so now I don’t have anything.[@cailt]
I did everything as instructed, and all went well – no errors, no pop-ups, activated in seconds. I used the license key given on this website, which is the same as the one given in the email, and I didn’t have a previous version of the software to worry about.My question is can I install this on my laptop and recover data on my mobile phone?
[ @James] That was the trick to uninstall it, delete the directories under QLING and then reinstall. Guess their software didn’t clean house well enough from precious version it uninstalled? Working good now.
I am having the same problem as other users, I cant register the program with the given SOS license.
Any suggestions, or am I better off dumping the ibstallation?
