Where do I enter the codes?

Apparently the license key received does not activate the software… Could you double check pse ?
Thans and regardsEven though there have been issues reported on activating this software, I decided to try it anyway because I lost data that I have been attempting retrieve. Anyway, after downloading and installing I too, could not activate it. Decided to run a scan anyway and while it was scanning my computer I started clicking around at the top of the window. In the upper right hand corner naturally there is the usual X to close and next to it is the usual – key to minimize. Then next to that is the menu key where upon clicking you and the drop menu window has the activation key to click on and insert the key provided by Ashraf
The scan is still running indicating over 2 hours to go. I certainly hope it retrieves this data I lost when I downloaded the Win10 up grade onto my usb drive. That download apparently overwrote my data that was on the disc. Very disappointed but I thought I would give this a try. Oh well. Thanks for listening. To activate, when you open the program after install, there are 3 horizontal faint lines in upper right hand corner. Click on that, click “activate now”. insert the code SOS left and click ok.
I must admit I thought this was a complete recovery program but was left unimpressed when all it does is show you the files. To actually recover and save them means purchasing another program of theirs.
Since that is the case, I might as well continue to use a complete/non broken up software..EaseUS data recovery. There is even Recuva.
Thanks Ashraf and SOS, but no thanks.[@DJ] , I looked at other products on idiskhome site and none of them help you recover files, except to restore them from a backup (Qiling Disk Master, various versions). So what other product do they tell you to buy to enable recovering files?
The description here and on idiskhome site for Deep Data Recovery indicates it will recover files, in fact they claim it’s 100% effective. That claim sets off warning flags for me so I won’t install this one, but it seems that this program is intended to recover deleted files.
Has anyone else been able to recover anything?

NOT WOEKING,MENU > ACTIVATE NOW > ENTER CODE > OK , ALL DONE AFTER ENTERING CODE NOTHING HAPPENED, , IT DIDNOT ACCECPT CODE , NO MESSAGE OR POP UP THAT CODE IS ACTIVATER OR FAILD …NOTHING ITS LIKE IT REMAIN SAME YOU CAN ADD SAME CODE AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT THERE IS NO EFFECT
Thank you, and since I haven’t tried it yet, though I believe it to be reliable and efficacious, that’s all I can say.

Interesting that no-one monitors these comments and no-one fixes the issues. No-one tests this software and ultimately, no-one cares.
This software doesn’t work and is unlikely to be fixed. says a lot about this ‘company’.
Use other software that has proper support.
