After an hour still can’t find this game. Gotta jump through hoops and fire to get this. I’m done with it.

Horrible site! Humblebundle.com is just a fraudulent website, no offer, no discount, no promotion. This offer is a mere deception.

These are the same instructions I’ve used to get HumbleBundle freebies in the past and the giveaway page that you get a link for after you request the download here is specific to the freebie. I’m not interested in this game and don’t want to take the place of someone who might be, but all that’s likely required to get it is the ability to follow instructions.

Just a caution: another Daedalic game, The Long Journey Home, recently caused a commotion when the developer added a patch that (as I understand it) loaded a background process that monitored the websites you visit and scanned your hard drive for other programs, all in the interest of “marketing”. They didn’t tell anyone this was being added. It has since been removed, but who knows what they have added to their other programs? I have about 15 of their games that I’ve been looking forward to trying out, now I may never play them. Details are here, including lots of developer responses in their battle with the Marketing group. An interesting read.

I’m sure Daedalic is not the only company doing this, and it may be far too late to complain that everything on your PC is fair game for any program to read, and that Marketing is the single most important concern for most companies. I don’t like it! Any other thoughts?
