If you have bought the $19 code, you will get a lifetime license code. You can activate it whenever you want.
Good recovery software, only beaten by Ontrack EasyRecover (but that’s considerably more money).
However, be aware this is EaseUS Data Recovery re-skinned (or definitely same engine behind it). The output folders and results were identical in my tests. The websites have a similar look. Certainly worth a buy, but don’t waste your money if you already have EaseUS Data Recovery.
