Got a serious problem here, please help!

I want to lock some of files and 1 hidden folder, when I unlocked it, the hidden folder include all of the items inside it are GONE! I chose an option to remove the original files when lock it.

Tried a couple times on different files but I forgot to tried to lock a hidden folder, this is my mistake, because I never get any problem with another similar program.

So, is possible to get my files back?
