The registration data provided is accepted by the program but everytime the program closes, the registration data gets deleted. So after reopening the program it’s unregistered again.
Maybe Run it as Admin fix it.

Running it as Admin didn’t help. I had to turn off my Firewall during registration to get it registered even the program didn’t ask for it.
