Three separate Email attempts at getting the key with no joy? I give in!
I am trying but unable to find the difference between DxO OpticsPro 11 ( which i already have ) and DxO OpticsPro Essential can anyone here help ? Wich is the more advance or better ? .
DxO programs are for the most part very good but the updates comes thick and fast and their prices are above my budget everytime i consider buying so i am always thankful for the giveaways .@Jerry ~ there’s only two version of this product DxO OpticsPro Essential or Elite. You should be able to see what your current version is by viewing the ‘About’ option within the software itself. The differences between versions can be seen by clicking on ‘Which edition to choose’ link on the following page: https://shop.dxo.com/us/photo-software/dxo-photolab?CountryShow=International
Both products have been superseded by the new DxO PhotoLab
Does NOT install on Win 7 32 bit, says it needs 64 bit :((
@JasonUK thanks for the help i thought they were two different versions of the program , it is important that the full name and version of a program is always used
Your Technical Details section says that it supports 32-bit Windows OS, but the company’s page, http://cdn2.dxo.com/sites/default/files/2017-09/DxO%20OpticsPro%2011%20-%20%20Supported%20OS%20and%20cameras.pdf , only states 64-bit.

I had originally posted that the activation code in the original email did not work, that was correct. However there was a second email with an activation code that did in fact work and I was able to activate the software and run it. Sorry for jumping the gun with the first post.
I have a desktop with Windows 10 32bit on a processor 64 bit.
I can’t install the program because it says that it only can be installed on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64 bit or higher
Why can’t be installed in my system?hello,i downloaded the programme but while installing it gives me message that your system is compatible for this programme ,I have windows 10 home 64 bit,can you please direct me?
