    Clicking install just re-opens the download folder. No installation activity is starting.

    [@Gary] You gotta extract the ZIP file, like the directions in the Download Hub say.

    Gary,

    You missed a step.

    Run the downloaded file once done it opens a folder.
    Then in the open folder you will see a .zip file.
    Extract the zip file and run the program and it will install fine.

    Thanks for the help. running the extract file was the missing step. I may have missed it, but after carefully re-reading the instructions, I did not find this step listed.
