Program installation and registration without problems. It has all functions one can expect from a digital organiser and even one can without cost sync his/her notes with a mobile phone/tablet App that is free to download and use. Moreover the giveaway version from what I understood offers the ability for free updates for 1 year, somewhat until 26/9/2019 with the provided registration data.
Thank you sharewareonsale for this useful giveaway!

[@Gramor] One drawback that I now notice is that for example I created a task where I want to visit a few web pages daily instead of searching them in my favourites. So I created a task and pasted the links. It would then not let me just click these links to get to the web page (one can still copy and paste the link address to a new browser window). The option to add a link or attachment can only point to a location on the HDD. And IE stores favourites as files but Google chrome no.
If there is a solution to this I would like to hear about it.

I don’t get it androids build-in calendar syncs fine with thunderbird’s sunbird on pc’s
    it’s opens sourced and free
paying for a one year use of a propitiatory calendar app that mines your data is just a bad idea
I tried it but I’ll remove it there are better alternatives
there is no mention of the privacy of your data in their EULA so I’d not recommend this to anyone

    [ @Ashraf]
Windows 10_1803 cannot run Efficient Calendar because MyCalendar.ecfw is not recognized as the correct format for it.

@Em windows 10 has a pretty decent calendar app that syncs your data across microsoft (hotmail, outlook and skype) or google accounts ie you can use it with your android and it’s free for ever I still don’t trust microsoft with my calendar data tho.
