DavidGuestPerhaps provide a mobile version?
The intro alludes to mobile devices, but this does not seem to be available for phones. Personally I don’t tote my PC around with me all day, so a To-Do list based only on a PC has limited usefulness to me.DimmaGuest[@David]
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.efficientsoftware.Efficcess&hl=enEdGuestI can’t reach these people. I sent an email 3 days ago about their Efficient Reminder program that is another confusing product they have. Efficient To Do (this free one) is a whole program that is identical to the “Events” tab in Efficient Reminder. But in ETD, they call things “tasks” instead of “events”. No need for 18 programs that basically all do the same thing.
I’ve also tried the chat window, but they’re never there. WTF.
Attachments bloat the database, I get that, but when you delete an attachment, or delete the “event” that it is attached to, then it should remove it from the database. Nope.
Every attachment that you EVER add, will live in your database permanently. WTF. Maybe the Chinese just don’t understand.
They don’t/won’t answer my question as to the forever growing database… maybe they think we’re just stupid and won’t notice.
Pass.
EdGuestUpdate:
They finally answered, and… well I’ll let them tell you…
2. YES, at this moment, we can not compress the datafile size once you delete some records. later we will add this function directly in software
(now you can send us your data file, then we will compress for you.)You would think that they knew what they were doing. I guess a fancy website doesn’t mean much anymore.
