frankGuestPRO? and that in all big letters?
I suppose there are people whose “profession” it is to play games, but have never been offered such a one myself.BillKGuestDoesn’t work on Win XP.
System Requirements
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-Bit and 64-bit).
Microsoft Windows 8/8.1 (32-Bit and 64-bit).
Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (32-Bit and 64-bit).
Microsoft Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 (32-Bit and 64-bit).
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2AshrafKeymaster[@frank] You would be surprised how much money professional / skilled gamers can make. It may even make you cry.
Jason WeathersGuest[@BillK] We made a game booster for Win XP a few years ago called Game Buffer. Since the question came up about Win XP in general. We will do some testing on Win XP tonight and see what needs to be done to get it running on EZ Game Booster as well. Thanks :)
dwordGuestSeriously, the developer who provided this offer suggests an improvement and gets obscenities? That’s ungrateful as well as rude and I hope Ashraf considers banning you.
I take that back. He has better things to do and we’d miss laughing at your ALL CAPS and duplicate punctuation!!!!
Many of us professional coders keep old machines and OSs for compatibility and for pleasure. Recovering data from someone’s old PC can be quite rewarding. Think of a widow finding an XP machine in the back of a closet. I’ve got old PCs in my basement hooked up to an internal LAN (no internet access For easier security) going back to PS2 and X286. I also have all versions of MS Office back to ’95.
People restore and maintain classic cars, why not PCs? Running games on older systems can remind us of the fun we had discovering them. For better or worse, emulators are never 100% exact. That’s why this is a good offer for many of us. Making it better for XP is even better.
JimmyBro2Guest[@dword] Face it, look how many people are still on Win XP. The developer is only trying to make everyone happy here. I have family members who will never update and still love their Win XP. He seemed considered about that persons feelings, which is good. We need more developers like that guy out there.
ChristineGuestRunning Win 7 and needed this to boost my graphic design softwares but, instead it killed CPU totally. After uninstall, it still ran bananas and needed manually be shut down in “ctrl+alt+del” mode.
JohnGuest[@Christine] The game booster helped my computer, I’m running Win7 as well, sounds like something else is going on there. Me and kid is able to play World Of Warcraft now, I would go their website talk to their tech support about this issue.
BebopGuestI’m not big into high-end games that would benefit by something like this, but my question is, if it improves gaming speeds, can it speed up the normal day-to-day computing and internet browsing that is the bane of everyone that has turned on a computer? I may never need it for a game, but if it makes web pages come up faster and stops buffering and pauses, I’m in! Someone please let me know if it will help. Thanks.
Jason WeathersGuest[@Bebop] Hi Bebop, the booster increases network speed as well. The booster tweaks the whole system and also the tweaks last forever. The boost button installs the tweaks, then it shuts down processes and services need for gaming. You could hit the boost button once and never run it again just for the network tweaks. Hope that helps and like always have a nice day!
