I acquired and installed fastest vpn on august 10th .I had multiple unsuccessfull attempts to get the offered app for windons in working order and sent multiple e-mails to support .Finallly, after multiple attempts I got a computer crash with total loss of internet access which forced me to install a backup (with loss of some data) ;I asked for a refund which was refused .
