You might want to change the ‘Terms and Condition’ because after activating using the key, you only get free updates until 31/12/2017 and strictly for non-commercial use only.

After install, clicked finish and received a message similar to this: Application was unable to operate correctly 000000005
However, when I ran the program from the program icon, it ran OK and I was able to activate it. ???
I am being asked for a password just to extract the hub. Advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Their quick start video has no soundtrack – not very inviting to get me started.

The ZIP archive usually isn´t password protected. Please try to use to download the official archive from here: https://flowheater.net/en/download.
