Will not initiate on my windows 7 32 bit machine. It attempts to start, but it UI remains in constant loop.
I would love to try this program, but I do not know how to solve this problem. Any advice would be much appreciated.Thank you.

Just a heads up. I wish I’d checked my task manager before downloading this program so I could be sure. The only other program I’ve downloaded since my last thorough check was Zemana anti-malware, also a giveaway. The Au_exe is from one of these 2 programs, either Zemana or FotoJet.. Check your task manager processes for Au_exe*32 & if it is listed, end process immediately. It’s a trojan that will mess with plenty. More info – http://www.exe-error-fixes.com/remove-auexe-system/

[@consuella] I have encountered the same problem on Win 7 64 bit. The UI loads with a continuously rotating graphic in the centre of the screen, it runs for an hour plus. I can click on the drop down menus but only ‘About’ does anything when I click on it but it is just a blank box. I’ve tried re-installing and rebooting and it is still the same.

[@Nick H] I downloaded the software from the company’s website, re-installed it and get the same result- a constantly spinning graphic which indicates the software hasn’t loaded correctly. The developers do not appear to be interested in helping here.
Why will it not accept my license key? Any ideas?

same issue, program does not open, spinning circle graphic. Uninstalled.I love the magazine cover templates. I wish it could be more templates for that.
