When opened the software after installation “Updating to the latest version” runs in the loop flashing all over the endlessly preventing to close it even with the Task Manager. It is infected by a malware.
Didn’t stop until I uninstalled it with IObitUninstaler because it’s native uninstaller.

keeps restarting the software to update in an infinite loop and never works, had to uninstall

Starting the software will get an infinite update loop.

Same. “Updating to the latest version” runs in the loop. Had to kill it to stop it.
Yup, same here. Very odd: tried installing version from homesite instead, & STILL had the EXACT SAME problem with endless, loopy “updating.” Left it run for 45min even, with nothing else ever happening. What’s wrong here?? Please fix, Ashraf, & offer it again. Thanks!

Solution for infinite update loop of Geeker PDF product.
If the product is infinitely updated after activation, please complete the configuration as follows.
1. Open the program installation directory
2. Enter the resources directory and find the app.asar file
3. Right-click on app.asar, select “Properties” -> “Security”, select the currently logged in user, and click “Edit”.
4. Change the permission to “Full Control”, click “OK” or “Apply”.
5. Close the software and reopen it, the software will be upgraded again, and it can be used normally after the upgrade is completed.
