I haven’t downloaded this game yet, but have a question about it. Can this (free) game be played by one’s self, with no friends? Or is another person mandatory/required?
[@joanofark06] Still in Early Access. They’re giving away some basic early version for a day or two, but also selling “Gameshift: Complete Edition” as DLC for 6.99. Not sure what’s available in the free version that’s not in the free demo version, but here’s the list from Steam:

So, since Online Co-op is listed both places, I would assume the single player aspect of the game is also only available in the DLC. Looks like a cool game and since it only needs 512 MB of disk space I’ll give it a look. The point of the promotion is to get people excited about multi-player battles, something I rarely get into!
