I have previously subscribed to several Zoolz / Genie offers, and I have also invited several of my friends to do so. Although these offers were “for lifetime”, Genie told us after a few years that we had to pay annually to continue to benefit from them.
One could have thought that it was a management error of their first offers, but since they go on in the same way I consider that they are thieves and liars. So expect them to ask you to pay in some time to extend in time this unlimited offer…Moreover, I had subscribed to an unlimited offer for the backup of 2 devices. I was thinking that if I replaced an old device by a new one, I could stop the backup of the old one and transfer it to the new one. But it was not possible.
Consequently, the unlimited offer for 2 devices has been transformed in an annual payment only able to backup the 2 initial devices (one has died and the other is in the end of its life).
