Black screen after installation on Win10.

This is the lite version, no ability to configure anything – uninstalled.Had some problems after installation. Had problems uninstalling so messaged support. Was amazed by the swift response. I took several exchanges of messages, but they stuck with it until problem resolved, all in the same day! Have never had better or quicker support. Will be re-installing soon and will submit additional comments following that. GREAT SUPPORT!
Causes multiple programs and add-ons to failed. Extend the RAM space with extra physical component after factory reset, since uninstall the program still causing the said problems.
And the one-time license was voided already since the first run.
