Over a period of about 3 years, I spent about 80-100 hours trying to figure out why I can’t run Windows 10’s Task Scheduler service. That meant Windows’ disk defrag and many other things would not run. Lots of answers out there but none of them worked. Even a support call with Microsoft and an in-place reload of Windows could not help. Then one day I decided to delete Glary Utilities. When I checked the task scheduler shortly after that, it was running with no problems, and has run ever since – half a year or more.
Might be a coincidence, I tend to think not. Unless someone does a great job to convince me otherwise, I will never run another Glary product on my system. As they say, your mileage may vary.
