Just had to use full Serial given here by SOS. Good for 366 days. Prob be a later version along the line. Does the job.
Total waste of time for YEARS, I tried Glarysoft Software Update PRO 6 / Jun 25 2024 again, and nope will not connect to download anything, and can’t seem to fix itself so that it can.
Alternatives:
free Ninite.com – automatic always works
free PatchMyPC – semi-automatic, always works
free KerishDoctor – mostly manual
even free Glarysoft Software Update ( not Pro ) is better because it actually WORKS, though semi-manually, bringing us to a web browser page to download and install things manually.
Glarysoft refuses to troubleshoot or make it fix itself.
Ah well, thanks anyway.

I installed it. From a list of over 100 programs installed on my laptop, it listed only 7 and said 2 of them needed update! There are much better free utilities out there. Don’t waste your time.

As @Frivilous suggests, the Home version of PatchMyPc is free, so go to [ PatchMyPC . com ], click on [ Solutions ] and select [ Patch My PC Home Updater ] <– that’s FREE!
Regarding Glarysoft Software Update PRO 6 / Jun 25 2024, I have NO IDEA why it’s failing, and has been failing for a few years by now.
Has anyone also seen it fail to connect AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE?
If so, please do share your solution.

I have used Glary’s for multiple years and his time I downloaded the 6 pro from your Giveaway site and tried to activate the license but it refuses despite the fact that I have tried all sorts of different approaches. I am experienced in computers so I am sure I have followed your directions. It refused to allow me to insert the license key that you provided. This is June 26 and your site says it is the last day for the free download. Thank you. Jay Boutwell
