    The code I received is for GoodSync 11 Personal Edition when I register on GoodSync’s website and not GoodSync 12 as advertised. Please check it out. Every thing else it ok.

    Hello. I have installed this software but this is a trial license only. I have not seen a code and I have created a new account but none redeem code or anything else. Did I missed something ?

    I have successfully created a GoodSync account for one year.
    I can’t find an active link to download the android app on Google Play!?

    Probs w SOS Install instr & app:

    [set up acct as directed]

    ‘Now download and install GoodSync 12. After install, run it and go to HELP and then ACTIVATE LICENSE. When asked, select ACTIVATE WITH GOODSYNC ACCOUNT but do NOT click NEXT yet. Rather, click MANAGE LICENSES IN YOUR ACCOUNT. This will open a tab in your default web browser. At that page, log in to your using GoodSync account

    Once you’ve successfully logged in, go to LICENSES and then select ADD LICENSES BY LICENSE KEY (BATCH CODE). At that page, enter the giveaway license key we have given you above and click SUBMIT. Now go back to GoodSync 12 software main program window and make sure you are still on the GoodSync ACTIVATION screen where you’ve selected ACTIVATE WITH GOODSYNC ACCOUNT. Now click NEXT and wait for the server to confirm your activation request. If successful, it should say THESE LICENSES ARE NOW ACTIVE. Once you see that message, click FINISH and that’s it.”

    [when install ; 1st asks u to login – do & app starts, then proceeds contrary to your instr:

    [no option to choose acct man as directed; can do nothing; can’t do anything unless U close; then can go to tools > acct man, but it states there is no lic in acct; & no way to record lic or activate]

    [about shows the following:]

    I also have a confusing message on the “about” section

    Ver 12.0.9.9, Built: Oct 25 2022 10:52:38
    License: GS-V11 Trial, Expires 2022-11-26 23:35:00

    Following the activation instructions, after adding the received code on the Goodsync website, it returns the error (I removed the last 2 groups of the code here):
    PUMS: ERROR: Order Code 8BE-H5N-xxx-xxx has expired.

    The application also says that there is an update available and sends to download a v11 version.
    On the GoodSync website 12.0.9 is the latest one.

    I can’t create a new account. I get a message which says “Recipient Email address cannot be empty.” This seems like a random error message. I can’t understand why I would get such a message.
