Hello!
I am stuck with activating HDR 10. Never received an email activation link. Yes, checked spam.
This is the message I get :
“Your account is not active because you have not confirmed it yet. Please click on the corresponding link in the confirmation mail.”
But I am logged into my account!Please help, George S. Gati
[ @Ashraf] prove your claim at the top of the offerings page in RED with white font! I think you’re outright lying.
[@George S Gati] you’ll get no help here from Ashraf or franzis, that’s beyond their remit. Try logging into the web interface of your email address and check in all the web folders there to see if the email is hiding anywhere in there, ask to resend the email if that is an option or email franzis support directly , maybe translating in to German with an online translator first as this is a German company.
TK[@George S Gati] If you are in yr Account, then go to the account in Franzis. There is yr registration . Press the button “Request the reg. code” (similar to Ashampoo) . If it is not there ( the HDR 10) it means you hv created the account but didnt registered the HDR 10. go thru the link reg. / reg page again. which is in the instruction over here.
Malwarebytes declares a malware hazard when taking the link to the manufacturer’s site. Nope.
I downloaded the SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_HDR_Projects_10_[with_AI].zip file from https://sharewareonsale.com/s/free-hdr-projects-10-with-ai-100-discount . After unzipping the file, I didn’t find any instructions on how to obtain an activation key. How do I register the program being given away?
