Email with licence code not received (after 45 minutes, and not in spam/junk folders).
I received not received my key, already waiting 1 hour and nothing …
So far, the ratings here are overwhelmingly negative, with two-thirds of the votes thumbs down. But again, since this site doesn’t require even a sentence-long review before you vote, no way to tell if that’s because of the email issues (I see the only two posts are about not receiving license), which of course is a big negative against the company, or are thoughtful analyses of the program, which I thought had a good reputation. So once again, passing. If the email issues are cleared up, might try this despite the huge amount of bad votes.
After waiting a little longer, I received the code!
It is a wonderful program with many options.
When installing the first Your User ID + Registration Code. After installing shutdown and restart.
Another time to enter the Registration Code.
Good luck.May be great software, but I will never know…Every time there is an offer by Franzis, they require an email address to send the license key. Fine but I have never, ever received a license key from these folks.

Site does not appear to be sending confirmations/license codes. Been waiting for more than 2 hours even after multiple attempts to have it re-send the emails.

Registration codes not received after 9 hours. Very poor service from FRANZIS.
[ @Ashraf] Your product is asking me for a serial number that you didn´t send me.I would apreciatte that youentit to me as soon aspossible.I only have a user ID and the registrtion code.

To add: In your customer account refreshes the items that you have registration codes including HDR 3 software, but even when you ask to resend email with registration code, it just dont send. Ofc we have checked spam mail folder also.
