I TOO ENTER THE SERIAL NUMBER KEEP GETTING MESSAGE SAYING WRONG SERIAL NUMBER, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ALL OF US TO GET THE RIGHT SERIAL NUMBER? THE PROGRAM LOOKS GREAT FROM WHAT I HAVE READ ABOUT AND I SURE COULD USE THE PROGRAM… PLEASE HELP US.. ;)

Lately, each time I go to look at an offer that interests me here, it’s the same story—people having problems registering. Yet rarely a solution and I finally give up. You’d think the developers would be highly motivated to having this work so we can try the software and recommend the newer versions.
Irritating registration. Asking me for a password. What password? How can I forget a password in order for you to resend it to me if I never got to a point where I could create one?
I am not receiving my confirmation e-mail!
Decent software. I’ve previously used the standard version so having the pro is a bonus. Thanks for giveaway.
[@Scott] If you got this message when you entered your email address on their web page then its because they already have you as being registered. If you can’t remember the password then click on the “forgot password” so that you can register a new password. There’s too many moving parts to this registration process!?!?!
If you have an error The name of the problem event:
APPCRASH
in module name with error: OpenCL.DLL,
that is the easiest way out:
1. Go to the folder with the program
2. Find the file “OpenCLCheck.exe” and change it to the other name, I changed it to “— OpenCLCheck.exe”
3. Start the program
4. Enter the serial number
5. The program will open.//Attention! Programs from Franzis do not support Cyrillic fonts, see that the file was named in English and the path to the file consisted only of English letters //.
Downloaded and extracted program does not open.
I requested a serial number yesterday and still have not received it. I have checked the trash and spam folders. I have the software, just no way to register it.

I, too, get an error message about the serial number being incorrect. I did receive the email with my user ID and the serial number. I am familiar with their “unusual” method of registration, and I did not see anywhere to enter my ID this time. When I start the software, I get the trial screen and the area to enter my serial number for activation. When I enter it, I get the message that my serial number is incorrect, and a note that the serial number can also be used for the professional version of the software. Is the link on SOS to the Standard or Pro version? What is the solution to the serial number problem? If I proceed with using the trial version, it works fine, but does show that it is a trial version.
