It installed ok for me, but it asked to kill other programs that were using files that needed to be updated, which I let it do, it then opened on screen and ran without misbehavior.

But, I have no immediate need or capability to test the software, maybe I never will, bit I figured it might be nice to have as a tools for … someday.

For those who got failures and errors, I suggest retrying installation over and over, and change things about the computer between tries, such as rebooting, try a clean boot, kill background programs using any process explorer killing tool, even reboot into safe-mode with networking, to eliminate competition when installing and running this program for the first time.
