Hi can you help at all with this issue as this software would help me out alot if its as good as it sounds.. I get an error message wen installing it.. It says this installation package is not supported by this processor type.. Contact your product vendor. Im running on a windows 10 so thought it should be good to go

For the Sharewareonsale giveaway serial number, you can’t install the first download link you see on the page (I tried that and got the same results you did), but eventually another screen pops up and you download that file. Going through those steps will activated the software properly. You will also see the serial number if you login to your existing or new hitfilm.com account after going through the above steps.
