Very nice this software
amazing program
Do you love watching films or do you love making them? The answer to this simple question will determine whether you will love Hitfilm 3 Express or you won’t. In a nutshell, it is an amazing tool that will let you do quite a lot with your videos. It however lacks in some of the most refined video editing tasks you would do with the leading video editing tools like Sony Vegas and After Effects.
What do you get with the package?
Hitfilm is an aspiring all in one movie creator. It comes complete with a powerful 3D model integrator and particle simulators that work hand in hand with filters and color correction to create impressive surreal worlds. The best comparison to Hitfilm 3 Express would be calling it an amalgamation of the Lite versions of professional purchase tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Pros
A traditional user interface
The user interface doesn’t look any alien. Not anyone who has used an advanced video or photo editing software before will have a hard time figuring it out. Couple this with the intuitive project organization approach and you have a tool powerful enough to create a full-fledge movie within no time.
Impressive 3D integration
The 3D workspace and engine makes it easy to create 3D models and particle systems. With this interface, you can easily create and render realistic objects and animate creatures straight of your computer without breaking any sweat.
Integration with Sony Vegas
Sony Vegas is a darling in the eyes of many video editors. A free composition program will integrate Hitfilm 3 Express with Vegas letting me send a clip form a Vegas timeline straight into Hitfilm. Vegas can also read and interpret Hitfilm’s timeline making these two perfect complementary tools.
Cons
Can’t define multiple timeline sections
The timeline does not allow you to define specific regions in your timelines. This is a major setback if you prefer the splice and join editing technique.
Weak audio editing
You audio transitions will be limited to crossfades, tone control and a channel level control. With no way to change audio speed, pitch and add on extra effects, you might be forced to put those fancy effects from somewhere else.
Sluggish video editing
You wouldn’t notice this if you stick to short video clips with little or no surreal effects. Should you take your editing a notch higher, you will find that Hitfilm is a bit sluggish. This wasn’t pegged to my machine as it performs awesomely when running Vegas.
Verdict
Hitfilm 3 Express might not be as powerful as the giants in the scene, but it is one efficient kid with all the plugins and features you would need to create head turning films. Couple this with a highly active community and you find yourself buying into a movement that will soon be the next big thing.

I have downloaded and try to install it . But unable to insatall it. It says that the processor is not compatable to run this program.
Hi, it requires a 64-bit system to run (and Internet connection for registration before running the program)
This does NOT, despite the advertising here, include the Star Wars Effects—it says you have to buy it. Numerous people asked about this here in the discussion, but no answers.
does this offer make this completely free or do i still have to buy packs
