There appears to be no download. Just a link to a website that may or may not exist in a year.
I am not putting my financial details where they can be hacked & mis-used.

There is no download. Is this an online program? If so, let me out.

Seems to be the first steps of eldamar-studio.com.

However, what is present is good; however, to me, there are essential missing things. Here they are:
    1. there is only USD currency. I’d like EUR and UKP. Even if there was no conversion between accounts, which would be welcome however.
    2. No connexion with (online) banks. However, seeing how some other people react, it may be frightening to people. So let’s forget it. Personally I’d like to link with n26 (full online).
    3. We can add expenses and incomes one by one, manually. This works fine, but will be tedious when we got dozens of operations per day. And we have (I’m a father of 5 children). At least an input via XML, CSV or QUICKEN format would be the minimum.

So I’ll be happy to use it to teach my childern how to manage a budget: this is wonderful for that, and budgeting with this tool can be made in a breeze, provided that you enter only the necessary information.

Great start, keep it with the good work!

    P.S. 2 missing things:
    4. adding categories on the fly. Currently if a category is missing (and there is none by default), we assign the operation to “Other”, then create the categorie (3 clicks away) and then go back to transcation and fix it there ( good point). Of course we could create another tab with the categories page open in it, but adding it at the moment we enter data is so simpler.
    5. How to represent in 1 transaction a transfer from one account to another??? we should be able to choose the destination.

Edit on missing currencies: it can be chosen (once at a time and for the whole thing) in the profile settings. It should be linked to accountns, not profile!

    Hi!

I can not create Income category, is it possibe anyway?
Settings – Categories – Add Category, and all will be Expense type.
You say it: “Create and customize your categories for every expense and income.”
Expense is ok, but Income how?

    Thanks,
    Regards.
