.MalcolmGuestive got the program, so far np. iam pleased with it. was searching for a lightweight batch resizer
didierGuestcomme presque tout le monde
impossible d’activer la licence,
j’ai voulu écrire un commentaire et sauf erreur de ma part le commentaire ne se débloque que si vous mettez 5 étoiles!
vraiment bien ficelé la notation volontaire
didierconsuellaGuestImageSizer still can’t contact the server to register.
Is it just me, or this site is becoming more and more oblivious to our concerns and problems with registration of giveaways?BINOY GHOSHGuestJust use a vpn. I am able to activate from Hungary.
Gary P BuddGuestLicensing server error. Is there a fix in the works?
Gerry_DetroitGuestSame problem with “contacting server” for registration. Was this download a scam or is the software developer going to fix the problem (and extend the registration period)? I am not the only one, as you can see from the numerous comments of a similar nature.
consuellaGuestIt looks like the developer does’nt care about our problems at all. Several days have passed, and there is no reaction to our posts.
My internet is fine. I tried VPN but this route did not help either.
The whole thing is very frustrating. What a shame that our concerns are completely ignored by the developer.
I agree with Gerry_Detroit that this deal really looks like a scam.
My advice: stay away from this developer.
ponsGuestMême problème! Impossible de se connecter au serveur d’activation.
SoumyaGuestCannot contact the licensing server. What a waste of time
damfreezGuestI am having the same issue as other in the US- server not working. Frustrating start to the program.
MarlosGuestUnfortunately the software does not open because the licensing does not work. When you try to do the licensing, the software returns the message: “Cold not contact the licensing server. Please Check your Internet connection at try again. “

Ryan WilliamsGuestHello All,
I am the creator and a developer of Imagisizer.
A few people have contacted us through the primary contact form on imagisizer’s website and I just saw this discussion/forum now. So I am responding to all that visit and have an issue contacting the license server.
If you are having issues with activating imagisizer and get the error that it could not contact the license server. Please read below.
We have checked our licensing server numerous times throughout the day and it is running smoothly.
I am thinking that it may be an issue with any of the following blocking our application from contacting the licensing server:
Windows Firewall
Antivirus/Internet Security(software firewall)
Windows Defender
UAC
DEPHere are some things you can check or disable temporarily until imagisizer gets licensed properly on your computer. When trying the below suggestions, please try one suggestion at a time, then try activating imagisizer after each. If that suggestion does not work then it is probably best to re-enable it afterwards. These are common troubleshooting suggestions for the windows environment and we suggest you perform a backup and do a restore point before trying 2-7 just as a precaution as we take our support seriously and always do our best to try and help out our users. If you don’t feel comfortable with trying/changing the suggestions below. Maybe try reaching out to friend or family member that is more familiar with computers for help with these suggestions.
1. Try opening a command prompt and type in (without quotes) “ping licensing.imagisizer.com” you should see no packet loss, and a ping time next to it.
If you see destination unreachable or something similar to that. You may need to try the below suggestions.2 Allow imagisizer outbound and inbound traffic in windows firewall.
a. Instructions: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/uncategorized/how-to-create-exceptions-in-windows-vista-firewall/3. Check to make sure your Internet Security (eg: Norton Internet Security, McAfee Firewall, AVG Internet Security, etc) is allowing imagisizer to access the internet.
a. Each piece of software is different so we cannot suggest a particular set of instructions for this.4. Try adding an exclusion to Windows Defender.
a. Instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028485/windows-10-add-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender-antivirus5. Try adding an exclusion to your antivirus software.
